Our fee schedule is among the lowest in the market today because of our low overhead and today’s high-speed internet access. These two factors contribute to low cost virtual support by permitting remote access technical assistance instead of an On-site visit.


ONSITE:

 

We charge a flat ’Call-Out Fee’ of $85.00 per incident

[includes 1st hour of support], followed by $60.00 per hour thereafter.

 

REMOTE CONNECTION: 

 

We charge $40.00 per hour for remote sessions which are primarily  used to administer your Local Area Network but can service almost all Desktop PCs, Laptops, Servers, and Network Devices like Routers, Switches, and Wireless devices.
